Demand and Supply Planning Manager
Job Duties: 
Manage entire activities of Purchasing/Logistic department from Sourcing to Buying , Stock keeping and Production.
Create and control purchasing department budget.
Plan/ implement material flow management to meet production requirements.
Manage material flow to insure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support on time customer deliveries while keeping inventory holdings at the appropriate levels.
Manage stock activities including inventory, storage, people
Be in charge and manage incoming  fabrics and accessories quality control – take decisions on quality issues and solve them with suppliers. 
Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports issues.
Monitor suppliers’ chain and continuing working for better cooperation reg. quality, delivery and payment term.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products.
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with other departments and suppliers.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Training and supervising the work of other members of staff.
Five years Purchasing and Logistics Manager experience in an Apparel production .
Has the ability to be an effective manager and leader
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers, as well as problem solving skills, risk management and commercial awareness…
Ability to work independently and also good team player
Leadership, Proactive thinking
Solid analytical skills and computer proficiency
Strong Planning skills to perform short and long-range planning
Professional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent program and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
Excellent decision making abilities.
Excellent  customer service skills.
Very good written and verbal English skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in extended working hours.
